Since is company is so healthy and stable the accounting department is very well structured and in good order.A' You would not be walking into a mess with a ton of surprises.Responsibilities:Leads a team of accounting professionals, assign tasks, review work, train staff, and other traditional management rolesReview Work in Progress reportsCreate and review cash projectionsCreate and file tax reportsCreate and manage department Project & Loss reportsWork with auditors as neededFollow the company's financial culture to maintain the company's stabilityRequirements:At least 8 years' experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and accounting for investmentsMust have extensive experience in working for a construction contractor in an accounting capacityStrong computer skills and can learn new software as requiredAbility to manage multiple team members and meet project deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skills4 year degree is required
