Manager, Payroll Operations
Accountable and responsible for management of day-to-day processes of the operations team that consists of up to 10 direct reports.A' Case management and productivity monitoring and tracking.A' Lead, guide, train, and mentor. Product expert for Millennium payroll system.A' A' A' Job Requirements:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: A' Monitor the Operations case list and assist with monitoring the Implementation case list. Track and evaluate performance trends and statistics to ensure compliance with the Kelly Benefits Mission and our standard payroll operating procedures.A' Identify concerns or issues and address as needed.A' Work with the Service Manager to identify needs and deploy resources as needed. Manage all cases assigned to the Management queue including but not limited to IT ticket requests, delete payroll requests, backdated payroll requests, troubleshooting issues. Manage the Distribution team and ensure all work is completed accurately and timely. Ensure appropriate daily coverage for Distribution. Establish and maintain relationship with all vendors.A' Establish and maintain relationship with MPAY. Track status of all projects and backlog cases with MPAY. Keep abreast of any changes with the Millennium payroll system and ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. Oversees the Millennium job queue and resolve reoccurring issues and errors within system. Coordinate Millennium releases with payroll management team and Kelly Benefits IT department.A' Complete release testing. Manages timesheet and requests for time off.
