A highly rated and prominent law firm is searching for an experienced IP Patent Attorney with Bio-Tech focus to join their team!The right attorney will have compassion and understanding for the clients they are working with. Must be able to adhere to the firm's core values and have strong, long-lasting client relationships.Highly qualified experienced associate or patent agent to join our growing, dynamic national Intellectual Property.Undergraduate degree or an advanced degree in the fields of life sciences or biology - or the equivalent in experience - is required.A PhD in an applicable science to biotech patent prosecution is strongly desirable. The ideal candidate has at least 4-6 years of experience working on patent prosecution, strategic management of patent portfolios, freedom-to-operate opinions, due diligence analysis and landscape analysis.
