Title: HR AdminA' A' Location:A' 280, Donovan Rd., Stanley, VA, 22851A' Duration: 2 Months ContractA' Pay Rate: $25/hrA' on W2A' Shift: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday - Friday No. of positions: 1A' A' Job Description: Per hiring manager, "Most of the temp piece will be clerical at first but to break up the monotony, I will have them screening candidates for me too and even doing tours on the plant floor.A' A' They would also schedule candidates to come in to speak to our 1stA' and 2ndA' shift supervisors."A' Reason for the position:A' Assist in correcting personnel files and conducting phone screens with hourly candidatesA' Assumes responsibility for effectively recording, maintaining, and reporting human resource information.A' Oversees the human resource database.A' Ensures that system records are accurately recorded and cross-checked.A' Enters new hire information in the human resource system database.A' Tracks and resolves problems and checks system operations as scheduled.A' Ensures that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures.A' Prepares recruitment lists and job postings.A' Completes miscellaneous research, reports, and memos as requested.A' Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional working relations with applicants, visitors, callers, and business professionals.A' Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls.A' Receives and tracks employment applications.A' Assists with questions and problems courteously and promptly.A' A' Obtains and conveys information as needed.A' Maintains and projects the Company's professional reputation.A' Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with Company personnel and with management.A' Assists in training new employees.A' Supports Department personnel as needed.A' Coordinates with related departments as required.A' A' Answers questions and provides assistance.A' Keeps management appropriately informed of area activities and of any significant problems.A' Attends and participates in meetings as required.A' Job Requirements: Qualifications & Requirements: Spanish speaking - highly preferredA' Associates or Bachelor's degreeA' 2+ years of relevant HR experienceA' Basic understanding of human resource functions.A' Knowledge of all related computer applications.A' Understanding of human resource reporting and record keeping requirements.A' At least one year of related experience.A' Well organized.A' A' Accurate and attentive to detail.A' Excellent communications and public relations abilities.A' Strong typing and computer application skills.A' A' Ability to assist and support others.A' Able to operate telephone, PC, copier, and other basic business machines.A' A'
