Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a Federal Integrator to assist in identifying a Tester for their client in Reston, VA.Job role/responsibilities:Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts.Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives.Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable.Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date.This is a high-priority testing role requiring the resource to:Support testing activities across multiple releases.Coordinate across multiple teams, subcontractors, and clients.Produce estimates for new functionality or enhancementsReport project status and track project risk/mitigationsDevelop Test Strategy based on the technical and functional designs.Create and execute test cases for developed components.Knowledge of Spring Batch framework for batch processing.Required Skills:Batch Processing Testing - P2 - IntermediateUser Interface Testing - P2 - IntermediateTest Automation - P2 - IntermediateSoft Skills/Personality Type:Proven ability to work independently and as a team memberGood organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skillsClearance:Public Trust
