The Human Resources (HR) Assistant is responsible for supporting the human resources department with the day-to-day operations. This position provides clerical and operational support to other human resource staff, maintains employee personnel files, and assists with various human resources functions.Job Requirements:A' A' .A' A' A' A' Responsible for daily administrative tasks of the human resources department including filing, faxing, copying, answering phone calls, emails, processing mail and preparing correspondence. A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' Maintaining accurate human resources records and documentation, creating and distributing human resources procedures, organizing departmental files, and completing data entry tasks.A' A' .A' A' A' A' Supports recruitment process. This includes posting jobs, processing resumes, and applications, scheduling interviews, ensure pre-employment paperwork, and maintain applicant tracking spreadsheet. A' A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' Assist with onboarding process including new hire orientation A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' Assisting with the preparation of unit audits A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' Assist with monthly employee recognition events and safety initiatives. A' .A' A' Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information. A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' Perform other HR related duties and projects as assigned.
