Initial Responsibilities: Construction Payroll Accounts Payable Inventory Management Accounting Reports Monthly Reconciliations Develop Accounting SOP's Assist with job Closeouts Interactive Responsibilities: Assist CFO with other accounting/office related matters. Communicate & Assist Project Mgrs. with accounting/office related matters. Develop Relationships with Vendors, and Customers. Skills Required: Full Construction Accounting Software use (A/R, PR, A/P, IV, GL, Job Costing, Trial Bal ) Excellent in MS Word & Excel Use Accurately Type 40+/min.
