High Level Overview of the RoleOwn and manage the full recruitment lifecycle (eg, lead req kick off meetings with hiring managers, manage job postings, guide and liaise with managers through the hiring process, support the selection and assessment of candidates, manage offer negotiation, initiate offer process, etc.)Serve as the key contact point for hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both.Build and foster meaningful relationships with key internal stakeholders (eg, from hiring managers, business leaders, regional and global talent acquisition colleagues, wider HR teams (eg, HR Core, HR business partners, L&D), etc.Serve as the key contact point for hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both.Contribute to creative employer branding and sourcing techniques that will ensure visibility of our opportunities and drive inbound recruitment.Drive offer process - building compensation proposals and packages, extending offers and closing candidates.Support regional and global projects and initiatives..Competencies and SkillsExcellent stakeholder management and influencing and presenting skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills (over the phone and face to face).A business acumen combined with a responsive and client facing approach, and the ability to push back where appropriate.Collaborative team worker, self-sufficient and able to work autonomously when required.Knowledge and ExperienceA background in full lifecycle IT recruiting and direct sourcing.Prefer experience as an in-house recruiter, ideally from Information Technology Services or Information Services industry.Up-to-date knowledge of innovative sourcing methodologies and a strong track record of successfully networking externally.A methodical approach with the ability to work to key targets/SLAs, under pressure and within tight timelines.Well organized with the ability to multitask, managing a variety of vacancies across varied locations.Experience in candidate screening and behavior-based interviewing.
