The candidate must have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial construction contracts, preparing construction claims, analyzing schedule and cost-related issues, and defending against construction claims in litigation and ADR. Virginia Bar license is required, but candidates licensed in other Mid-Atlantic states who can promptly waive into VA will be considered. "This solid and growing firm (which recently acquired a smaller firm, bringing its total attorneys to over 200) does a good job of balancing the power center of the firm over its many locations throughout Virginia and up the East Coast.
