Peraton S&I Sector, Intelligence Systems and Services Business Unit seeks an experienced Operating Unit Director /Sr. Program Manager to serve as Program Director leading the Intelligence Networks and Services (INS) Portfolio in Chantilly, VA. The INS Portfolio is comprised of multiple Prime programs providing Highest Security Solutions for Data, Video and Voice for Continuity Government, Highly Secure Mobile Trip Kits and Networks leveraging Modern Development and Implementation Practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for over $90M AOP and robust 2022 Pipeline, driving innovation and overseeing program execution. The selected candidate with support growth efforts to the business supported by the broader business development team including account management and business and proposal operations. * Oversight of Program Execution, mentoring Program Managers, Capture/Proposal strategy, Financial oversight and reporting, oversight of IRAD, Customer Engagement. * Support programs in achieving customer mission success. * Develop and mature key relationships within the customer's organizations. * Maintain aggressive efforts to achieve business objectives. * Define and execute the strategy for growth for the Operating Unit incorporating BU growth objectives. * Manage the Operating Unit (OU) budget and develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports. * Develop and manage standards and methods related to a performance measurement framework which focuses upon key performance indicators (KPI). * Cooperate with other leaders across the ISS BU and the enterprise to maintain consistent messaging with customers and drive overall enterprise success. * Identify and support actions to drive recruitment and retention of staff. * Encourage and help drive innovation, diversity initiatives, and inclusion across portfolio. * Travel and telecommuting opportunities, as dictated by business need. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and 16+ years of related professional experience. * A minimum of 8 years of experience in Program Management to include Financial oversight and reporting, resolving challenges, innovation. * A demonstrated successful track record of supporting or high performing contracts supporting the Intel Community. * Established commitment to innovation, diversity, and inclusion. * Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI accessibility. Desired Qualifications: * Detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communications skills. * Experience leading Captures/Proposals. * Experience leading IRADs. * A current and active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph. * A PMP Certification Peraton drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy.
