The Role: The M3 Shared Services HR department plays an integral role in our corporate business and numerous subsidiaries by providing a professional and timely service to the business units in terms of the entire employment cycle and ensuring that through effective hiring, development, retention, and engagement strategies, it supports continued growth and profitability. The HR Generalist will work closely with the US HR team, Corporate Recruiter and L&D Manager to proactively support the day-to-day HR operations of the teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to the following:Pro-actively support employees with the end-to-end employment cycle and day-to-day HR administrative operations of the teamsEngage with managers to discuss people issues, employee relations concerns and developmental needsSupport M3 Corporate Shared Services VP of HR with HR projectsPartner with Talent Acquisition to ensure recruitment needs of the business are being metImplement company-wide employee engagement and communication initiativesResponsible for updating policies and procedures to ensure complianceMaintain HRIS system and provide HR reporting to relevant partiesResponsible for various mandatory state and federal compliance, including EEO data reportingOversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and initiativesDeliver initiatives to strengthen the employer brand through community engagement, recruitment, retention policies, on-boarding and employee engagementAssist in L&D initiatives, training compliance, administration of e-learning courses, publishing learning material and recording attendance#06022021
