Position Overview:
Do you thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment? The Product Owner - Senior role in the SF Product Delivery department will support the Housing Insights & Solutions team (Client & Community Engagement). This role develops and drives the product vision and improvement strategy as one of the closest people to the business customer, providing constant feedback to the team and helping to set and drive toward the vision.

**This position can be performed currently from a remote location in the U.S. but will require presence in a Freddie Mac office in the future.***

Our Impact:
Enabling the implementation of the product vision for the Affordable Housing Reporting System (AHDR), ensuring a coordinated, consolidated, and aligned approach.
Your Impact:
  • Ensures alignment of product features and prioritize user stories in line with product vision and in support of the business needs.
  • Drives sprint and release plans together with the Scrum Master and organizational technology teams.
  • Follows a results-oriented, clear vision of product and communicates effectively to key partners and the rest of the team.
  • Presents the Housing Insights & Solutions business vision as the principal contact, subject matter expert and product leader.
  • Ensures customer-driven design to deliver a scalable product.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in agile product development positions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving thought processes
  • Ability to understand strategy and apply them to day-to-day decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise manner to technical, non-technical and senior level management audiences
  • Strong ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate impacts
  • Analytical ability to measure the velocity, capacity, and value of teams' contributions
