Our Impact:
  • We bring lean, design-thinking and digital technology together to tackle some of our customers' most difficult problems, where break-through solutions can best be conceived through innovation and ideation sprints, rapid prototyping and concept incubation
  • We use a venturing framework where desirability, viability, feasibility and right-to-win are the lenses used to evaluate the merits of our concepts and experiments
  • Our work is design and data-led: we research, hypothesize, prototype, collect data and pivot when needed. We discover product-market fit through testing, iterating and advocating for our customers

Your Impact:
  • You are an experienced, multidisciplinary digital designer that will develop and memorialize the lab's research and design approach, in addition to providing strategic design services to lab concepts
  • Your work will span market and competitive insights, emerging trends and themes, and customer journeys, needs and personas synthesizing and defining the problem space
  • Develop digital concept and product strategy bringing prior experience in areas such as UX design, visual, branding, content strategy and digital marketing, in addition to strategic design
  • Research and present digital exemplars and lead ideation workshops that draw on multiple subject areas to build a concept vision through impactful insights
  • Develop storyboards, low and high-fidelity wireframes and visualizations to pitch ideas and show how they will transform how our customers work
  • Demonstrate a rapid, iterative approach that enables fast experimentation, learning and co-creation with customers
  • Use diverse research methods, quantitative and qualitative testing approaches, to validate hypotheses and test product usability in market
  • Advocate for the customer and ensure the E2E business solution is thoughtfully crafted to support their needs
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced designers and support an environment where they can grow their skills and thrive

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in a Strategic Design role, or relevant professional experience
