Position Overview:
Freddie Mac's Single Family Strategic Delivery, Data, and Operations Division is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for an Operations Change Management Senior position. In this role, the individual will be responsible to support STACR issuance/servicing process, including data analysis for issue-resolutions or systems implementations for various loan and security activities.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an innovative thinking to solve issues, can execute with diligence and limited direction and can independently settle and develop approaches to ensure accuracy or solutions to issues, be flexible with after hour tasks, and is comfortable to work across divisions to solve data issues.

**This position can be performed currently from a remote location in the U.S. but will require presence in a Freddie Mac office in the future.***
Our Impact:

The group is responsible for the operational processes that support the Credit Risk Transfer (CRT) businesses in processing issuance, monthly disclosures/bond administration reconciliation/payments and including following:
  • Perform and/or review daily and monthly reconciliation as loan level and bond level
  • Perform data analysis and process data corrections when need be
  • Research and resolve data or other issues as they arise in daily or monthly tasks
  • Support and coordinate internal/external audits and SOX requests
  • Work with business partners in disclosure enhancements and support new product implementations
Your Impact:
  • Ability to interpret business requirements/deal documents and apply correctly to Principal and Interest Calculations.
  • Ability to support SOX/Compliance documentation requirements and to support audit requests
  • Ability to execute multiple business processes in a timely manner with tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of technology and data
  • Interact and communicate effectively with the business and other upstream/downstream partners to resolve issues and/or understand unique business transactions
  • Demonstrate ownership of process, problems/issues, or requests from start to finish.
  • Follow and maintain detailed procedures using varied and complex systems and databases
  • Proactively seek opportunities for process enhancements
Qualifications:
  • Typically has 5-7 years related experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Candidate must be self-motivated, proactive, and have excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Knowledge of Freddie Mac Securitization products and processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • SAS skills or SQL reading/query writing experience
