Our client a facilities management company is seeking a Bilingual Administrative HR Assistant who will serves as the front desk receptionist and support Human Resources. We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant with experience in benefits, billing reconciliation, human resources audits, employee relations, filing and other administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

Qualified applicants must have receptionist and human resources experience. The Bilingual Administrative HR Assistant will provide:

Administrative Support:
  • Welcome and direct visitors accordingly
  • Answer & transfer phone calls
  • Manage office supply inventory and orders
  • Coordinate Uniform Request & Inventory
  • Handle customer service duties
  • Oversee office & administrative tasks

Human Resources Support:
  • Filing & assisting with HR audits
  • Assist in new hire benefit enrollment
  • Benefit reconciliation

  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Experience or office administration
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Strong Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (word, PowerPoint, excel, teams)
