Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Recruits and manages the talent acquisition side of the company
- Will manage training and onboarding program - introduction to vendors, clients, team and processes
- Partners with CEO to develop the culture change project
- Benefits, payroll, employee relations, FMLA, LoA and L & I as part of duties
- Manages performance reviews, employee files and company surveys
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 2-3 years of strong recruiting and onboarding
- Desire to work with smaller but rapidly growing company
- Proactive, resourceful and team player
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
