Responsibilities:
  • Recruits and manages the talent acquisition side of the company
  • Will manage training and onboarding program - introduction to vendors, clients, team and processes
  • Partners with CEO to develop the culture change project
  • Benefits, payroll, employee relations, FMLA, LoA and L & I as part of duties
  • Manages performance reviews, employee files and company surveys

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 2-3 years of strong recruiting and onboarding
  • Desire to work with smaller but rapidly growing company
  • Proactive, resourceful and team player
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
