Overview: IntelliBridge is an award-winning and growing company with an immediate need for a skilled Full Stack Developer to support a federal law enforcement agency customer. The Full Stack Developer will collaborate with intelligence analysts and law enforcement officers to develop innovative technical solutions that enhance investigative operations and mitigate threats.

Description
  • Design client-side and server-side architecture.
  • Develop and manage applications, databases, and other software tools to improve analytical efficiency.
  • Write effective APIs (Application Programing Interface).
  • Create security and data protection settings.
  • Write technical documentation.
  • Work with data scientists, analysts, and investigators to improve software.
  • Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
  • Work with agency IT professionals to ensure on-going security and functionality of developed products.
  • Evaluate off the shelf applications and data services to assess applicability to mission.
  • Work with government and commercial partners to incorporate diverse data streams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with common stacks.
  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.
  • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages, such as C#, Java, Python, etc.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, such as Angular React, Node.js.
  • Familiarity with databases (such as MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (such as Apache), and User
  • Interface & User Experience (UI/UX) design.
  • Experience working with non-technical staff to help develop innovative technical solutions to ambiguous problems.
  • Superior time management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to meet with and deal effectively with people
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels (users, stakeholders, leadership, and IT).
  • Relationship builder with the flexibility and finesse to “manage by influence.”
  • High energy, maturity, and leadership with the ability to serve as a thought leader for program discussions at the strategic and tactical levels.

Experience Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant experience in law enforcement or intelligence communities.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or relevant field

Location: Arlington, VA; May require shift work

Travel: May require temporary, short-term travel within the continental United States in connection with USMS duties.

Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance preferred, but not required
