IntelliBridge is seeking a full-time Technical Recruiter to support our award-winning business. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter, who works well independently and wants to be part of a fun and successful team. You must have demonstrated recruiting experience, have excellent customer service skills, and have excellent communication skills. This position is exempt.

The Technical Recruiter will provide a top-notch candidate experience, give advice and assistance to hiring managers, and develop a solid pipeline of candidates. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. The Technical Recruiter will work closely with the hiring managers to understand the requirements of each position and utilize creative strategies for both active and passive sourcing.

  • Source and recruit qualified candidates to fill company openings utilizing internet resume databases, employee referrals, cold calling, college recruiting, career fairs and social networking.
  • Perform full life cycle recruiting for Cleared and Non-Cleared Information Technology and other professional skillsets.
  • Support the Business Development team with sourcing for contingent hires and proposal candidates for active pursuits.
  • Leverage experience with online sourcing techniques and remain current on all recruiting technology.
  • Experience developing and utilizing Boolean search strings successfully to generate candidates.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and extend offers to candidates.
  • Partner with hiring team to build effective recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Organize and complete applicant files and other related paperwork in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop a pipeline of talent for future needs. Maintain a strong network of contacts in industry.
  • Identify and refine recruiting and hiring processes and procedures by bringing creative and innovative ideas for solutions.
  • Coordinate and participate in Career Fairs, User groups, and recruiting engagements as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience recruiting for technical/IT positions.
  • Experience recruiting in a Government contracting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently fill technical and non-technical positions that require clearances up to Top Secret/SCI.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Familiarity of IT terminology.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, OFCCP and EEO regulations, and standard HR practices and procedures.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines, manage priorities, and workflow.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • HR or Recruiting certification(s).
  • Previous experience with ADP HRB Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools that enable workflow and/or process automation.
  • Experience successfully recruiting for proposal/contingent positions.
