This is a full-time position with the Marshal's Office at the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

  • Two-year term appointment: Responsibilities are varied and include Courtroom duties, escorting Court guests, assisting at Court-wide special events, and driving Court vehicles to transport Court officials and documents.
  • Aide may also provide clerical support to other vital offices of the Court.

Qualifications

A valid driver's license and good driving record is required to drive Court vehicles. Prior work experience is desirable. College degree or prior office/clerical experience is also desirable. Basic computer skills a plus. Ability to deal courteously with the public a must.

Education

A highly motivated individual with at least two years of college education is required.
