Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Senior Kronos Workforce Dimensions Analyst who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. The Senior Kronos Workforce Dimensions Analyst is responsible for providing system support for all components of the Kronos/UKG Dimensions platform. The initial focus will be on implementing the new Dimensions platform, including Time and Attendance, Advanced Scheduler and Workforce Analytics. Post implementation, the role will be responsible for supporting ongoing configuration, planning for new release/system upgrades, custom reporting, testing activities, system training and device management, across all supported functional areas.

As a Senior Kronos Analyst, you will:
• Operate as Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary point of contact for UKG Dimensions implementation
• Under general supervision, lead continuing application support and maintenance for the Kronos/UKG platform
• Assist with assessing upcoming Kronos/UKG releases for enhancements and new functionality. Assists in the testing, deployment, and stabilization of these releases
• Be responsible for the coordination, creation and documentation of project test plans, including parallel, user acceptance and functional regression testing
• Provide Kronos/UKG reporting support to the Payroll, Nursing, Accounting and Finance teams
• Partner with IT to develop and maintain, efficient and accurately functioning integrations with Workday, Cerner and all other relevant applications

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field is required
• Must have either Kronos Dimensions experience or 5+ years of hands-on Kronos system support experience; healthcare system a plus.
• Ability to work independently, lead and execute project tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
• Experience working in Accounting or Finance in a healthcare environment a plus
• In-depth Workday/Kronos technical experience a plus

Work Schedule:

Full-time days; Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:000 pm.
