Responsibilities

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), is seeking attorneys to work in the following offices within the Office of Chief Counsel (CC):

- Domestic Criminal Law and Policy Section (CCM)
- International Law Section (CCI)
- Civil Litigation Section (CCL)
- Administrative and General Law Section (CCA)
- Diversion and Regulatory Litigation Section (CCD)

- Diversion and Regulatory Policy Section (CCR)

These offices are located in Arlington, Virginia, and provide legal advice and support to DEA management and field offices worldwide.
