Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an Executive Director of System Facilities Management provides leadership and oversight for the planning, organizing and directing of Adventist HealthCares Hospitals and health care facilities and plant operation services. This oversight includes assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of policies and practices that ensure a safe environment of care. The Executive Director ensures fiscal and organizational management of the department. Responsibilities also include development of key relationships within and outside the hospital that support and promote the upkeep and maintenance of the Hospital.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:
•Maintains and promotes customer service to both internal and external
customers. Responds to all requests from clients/customers utilizing Rises
Values. Establish system response rates for service requests, standard priority
levels, metrics dashboards and reporting with transparency to senior
administration.
•Develop a mechanism to track contract renewals, provide standardization and
develop a standard process for renegotiation to create system wide contracts
for facilities management ensuring greater efficiency and cost savings.
•Promotes process improvement and best practices for the facilities, creates,
distributes and maintains all necessary reports and documentation, develop
mechanism for quarterly budget reviews for each facility, look for anomalies and deviations to ensure the most cost-effective use of all resources and identify areas for improvement.
•Coaches and develops site-based facility directors to continually learn and
progress in their fields of expertise, creatively designs and deploys service programs.
•Works with the operational excellence team to deliver and enhance process and
policies relevant to the specific sites while standardizing across the system.
•Review current staffing models and contracted services to ensure the most
cost-effective use of human resources while maintain a standard level of
excellence at all sites of service.
