Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a Business Analyst / Customer Experience Consultant to support one of our clients in Washington, DC. The Business Analyst / Customer Experience Consultant will provide subject matter expertise and leadership on application development and business transformation projects that aim to improve the International Trade Administration's Chief Financial and Administration Office's ability to digital products and services to internal staff and external clientele. This role is responsible for applying design thinking and traditional business analysis techniques to define solutions that improve employee productivity and digital engagement across the agency.

Responsibilities
  • Manage CX and digital transformation projects
  • Lead feature and functional discovery, definition and design for ITA's digital products and services
  • Produce product concepts, designs, wireframes, mockups.
  • Produce requirements specifications, epics, features and user stories
  • Analyze and identify CX problems and recommend solutions to all levels of leadership.
  • Research, collect and analyze data on customer insights
  • Lead research, design, and pilot/test cycles to test improved experiences and broaden customer base
  • Act as a product owner on behalf of the ITA client and provide advisory services in the areas of design thinking, human-centered design and product definition

Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in a technology, marketing or design field
  • 5+ years of business analysis and CX design experience; at least 3 years in an agency or consulting environment
  • Demonstrated record of successfully implementing customer experience initiatives
  • Experience leading design thinking sessions, customer journey mapping, research design, and application projects
  • Experience defining digital products for the enterprise and/or external clientele
  • Experience applying user testing methods and running usability tests
  • Experience in data and research-driven decision making
