The Program Coordinator (Level II) assists the Director of Quality Services with: • Special projects and meeting support as assigned.
• Planning and clerical support.
• Assists quality department team members with meetings and associated tasks
• Assists other key stakeholders / managers / directors within SGMC and System Quality for administrative support on behalf of the Quality Services Department as requested
• Standardizes and streamlines administrative processes
• Provide administrative support for other departments within the Quality
Services Department as requested by the Director of Quality Services
• Responsible for maintaining entity-specific documents on the Intranet to keep it current & viable for all SGMC team members
• Collaborates with other departments to promote Quality and Patient Safety-related activities within SGMC and across AHC
• Ensures that critical success factors are achieved through actions and attitudes that contribute to a growing organization vital to the community and valued as a faith-based organization

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Associates degree required; Bachelors preferred in areas of Computer Science, Math, Engineering; MIS degrees are also preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare, datasets or IT experience
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to analyze data, integrate data.
• Proven pro-active, self-starter with the ability to work both as an individual and within a team to resolve issues.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverable simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional.
• Licensed driver and able to operate a motor vehicle as well as maintain automobile insurance
