DCS is looking for a data/test analyst to support an Army PM at their facility in Aberdeen, MD. Essential Job Functions: Provide analysis of GPS test data and related equipment through the use of simulators and test equipment. Analyze/extract test data to develop trends from available information. Develop uncertainty analysis using available data. Support level of effort analysis and level of accuracy. Providing daily coordination and support of Test and Evaluation activities at multiple locations for analyzing data. Generating and reviewing test documentation and use of database/inventory management systems and SharePoint. Evaluating test results, schedules, resources, and technological risks for periodic reviews. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S.Citizenship is required. Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic/IT/physics/mathematics with a minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in data analysis/testing using IT/C4ISR/PNT equipment/software. Must have a DoD Secret clearance, or ability to get clearance. Electrical/electronic/IT experience with DOD systems. Must be able to effectively represent PM PNT in technical and project meetings with its customer base. Know basic software such as MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access. MatLab experience in Scientific and Engineering Apps. Must have higher than average oral and written communication skills. Experience in extracting information from available data and developing trends/analysis. Develop graphical analysis. Desired Skills: Experience with GPS systems and GPS simulator equipment. Create test scripts, conduct manual/automated tests, perform analysis, and document results in test reports. Setting up of multiple test environments, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases.
