The HRIS Specialist provides technical and administrative support for the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) department. This includes daily maintenance tasks, creating and running reports, overseeing workflow management and providing support to end-users.

As an HRIS Specialist, you will:
• Be responsible for managing the administration relating to creation of Contingent Worker records in HRIS through careful and close attention to data integrity and accuracy.
• Serve as a main point of contact (POC) for addressing & coordinating any issues with Contingent Workers records including liaising with IT Provisioning to ensure workers' access is given or revoked as needed in a timely fashion.
• Manage tickets assigned to Compensation team in IT ticketing system ensuring resolution in a timely & accurate manner.
• Handle ad-hoc queries from the HR team and managers alike
• Be responsible for processing mass data updates using EIBs
• Provide basic technical and functional support to all users of HRIS including 1:1 training session where needed
• Take initiative in improving service, processes, programs and products
• Take on varied responsibilities to support the overall Contingent Worker population within AHC by documenting all issues and tracking resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Support Compensation and Workforce Analytics team in other duties & projects as needed

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-2 years of experience in field or related area

Work Schedule:

Full-time; Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
