Digital Marketing Associate Job Summary:

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join a well-established and world-renowned Association in Washington, DC. This will be a part-time (20-30 hours per week) Contract role lasting 6+ months. You can be fully remote but will need to be willing and able to work east coast business hours.

The Digital Marketing Associate will support the day-to-day logistics of the successful webinars and lead generation programs including whitepapers, eBooks, quizzes and more. Responsibilities of this position also include reporting on client campaigns, assisting with marketing efforts, aiding advertising sales representatives and supporting digital advertising on many online platforms.

Digital Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
  • Assists with logistics for each individual webinar.
  • Creates webinar schedule and calendar. Ensures calendar is update to date with all KPIs.
  • Works with the external designer to produce branded emails, ads, online ads to promote each individual webinar. Prepares marketing campaign and email/landing page collateral for each webinar using HTML and marketing automation platform Eloqua.
  • Supports the communication process with sponsors from the "kick off" calls throughout the webinar planning and post wrap up process. Acts as the main interface in answering questions and solving any issues.
  • Supports edits to marketing resources including the online media kit and promotional emails as required.
  • Works with the online advertising team to monitor, optimize and manage campaigns via websites and journals. Provides forecasts of available banner and email inventory for sales representatives.

Digital Marketing Associate Qualifications:
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • HTML experience highly preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation technology a plus (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot). Eloqua being most preferred.
  • Must have strong written skills, client facing experience and excellent organizational skills with ability to run multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
