Senior Associate, Instructional Designer - Credit Learning

The Learning & Development team is seeking a teammate to join us as an Instructional Designer. In this role, you will curate and develop best-in-class learning experiences. You will form partnerships with our Credit clients and stakeholders along with Enterprise Learning to drive learning initiatives in support of our associates' development. We're looking for a talented individual who is customer-driven, learner-focused, and has the ability to deliver stellar results.

The ideal candidate has excellent instructional design skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously, and to manage multiple projects effectively while working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with peers, learning partners and stakeholders to ensure learning touchpoints are cohesive across the end-to-end experience
  • Conduct training needs assessments by reviewing data, performing user research, and identifying how learning should be implemented
  • Increase the effectiveness of learning solutions by identifying and recommending format/modalities that create an optimal learning experience
  • Design and curate high quality, memorable content, including (but not limited to) measurable learning objectives, leaders and participant materials and tools using modalities such as e-Learning, blended and instructor led training deliverables
  • Create behaviorally-based assessments and evaluation methods
  • Develop content with Google tools
  • Engage with project team members to enable clarity of goal; conduct on-going reviews to ensure outcome is on track to meet client needs
  • Lead Train-the-Trainer activities to review content
  • Consult with clients and stakeholders on performance improvement and learning strategies to gain buy-in
  • Manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience designing curriculum or programs using a blended learning design and modern learning theories and models
  • At least 2 years of experience designing and developing a variety of learning solutions for digital, virtual and classroom settings
  • At least one year of experience with Google Suite


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Learning Design or Instructional Design or Educational Technology
  • At least 2 years of experience with Articulate 360
  • At least 1 year of experience working with agile team of learning program managers, designers and developers
