The MIL Corporation seeks a talented Project Manager (PM), Senior Analyst to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, SC location. As a member of the team, the successful candidate will provide business analysis and support services to include the following:

  • Support business process improvement projects with Lean Six Sigma reviews, business process analysis, project documentation, and communication of results.
  • Support business process reviews by developing As Is process maps to facilitate discussions and brainstorming sessions.
  • Provide project management support to the client, including planning and leading projects, documenting business requirements, assessing risks, ensuring deadlines are met, and communicating project milestones and results.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects throughout the department, applying Lean methodologies and project management practices.
  • Facilitate discussions and projects related to business and system improvements. Document and communicate results of discussions.
  • Provide support for the management, coordination and implementation of operational procedures and financial systems or processes

Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Business or related field of study and at least 6 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in presenting business process solutions in an easy to understand manner for the client in both verbal and written form
  • Detail oriented with excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and responsibilities while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Self-starter with initiative to identify problem areas and recommend solutions
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Desired Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • PMP certification
