About you:
  • You are a people-person with a passion for customer experience.
  • You build collaborative and constructive working relationships with many people, across many functions.
  • You are vocal and solution-oriented when you identify business processes that do not align with great customer experience.
  • You have a high level of attention to detail, strong organization skills and technical aptitude.
  • You have an associate or bachelor's degree, or comparable professional experience. You are a fast learner who can work independently.
  • You are a multi-tasker, able to effectively juggle and prioritize work across a wide variety of tasks.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.

How you'll contribute:
  • Manage delivery of software and the onboarding experience for new Appian customers and partners.
  • Configure application sites for new Appian Cloud customers based on provisioning parameters in their contracts.
  • Assist customers and partners with accessing secure Appian Community features.
  • Coordinate with Appian's management team and customers to schedule maintenance activities on customers' Appian Cloud instances.
  • Manage scheduling for 24x7 on-call rotations
  • Work an adjusted schedule, possibly until midnight or later, on the last day of each quarter (4x per year) to support delivery of software.
