Our Customer Care Call Center is looking for qualified professionals to assist existing customers who are moving to a new location. This position requires individuals that are enthusiastic and motivated. If you have excellent customer service skills, are seeking a rewarding future, and want to earn commission in addition to your regular pay, we'd like to talk to you! Responsibilities include: Assist existing customers that are moving. Contact potential customers that are moving in and schedule an outside sales representative to visit. Prepare customer agreements, send to customers and follow up to ensure timely service and delivery. Work with customers to ensure their needs are met and customer is satisfied. Maintain required average daily call volume. Maintain required monthly recovery goals. A successful candidate should have the following skills: Enthusiastic, can-do attitude. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Minimum of one year of call center customer service or inside sales experience Desire for customer satisfaction. Ability to understand and manage sales goals throughout the month. Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally, both verbally and in writing. Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm with a high degree of accuracy while talking. Must be able to navigate within multiple systems. Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with people at all levels.
