iHire, an industry-focused online talent platform headquartered in Downtown Frederick, MD, has an opening for full-time Customer Success Manager.You will lead a team our growing team of dedicated Customer Success Representatives and promote customer retention and loyalty, working with B2C and B2B customers to ensure they are satisfied with iHires services.
