Together, we serve and inspire to transform lives.Successful candidates will execute proper documentation for titling of securities and prepare all required documentation for vehicle loans. Responsibilities: Assemble the necessary documents for titling of all securities on loans (in and out-of-state vehicles). Maintains the national title manual to assure proper titling conveyanceRotational duties including adjudication of insurance and title reports, processing payoffs/title releases, sorting mail, responding to Synapsys events, eBanking messages and emailsAdminister 90-day indirect missing title report in Akcelerant including contact with members, dealers, previous financial institutions and filing appropriate documentation with the DMVMaintain department policy and procedure documentation accordinglyWork in the phone queue 75% of the dayPossess excellent communication skills and the ability to identify problem areas and make independent decision to resolve problemsRemain cognizant of and adheres to NWFCU policies and procedures as well as regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications: High-school diploma or equivalentKnowledge of credit union operations, policies and procedures, and credit union accountstructure is preferredUnderstanding of the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) titlingprocess is preferredAdvanced knowledge of MS Office is required EEO Notice: Northwest Federal Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or any other classification protected by law.NWFCU complies with federal and state disability laws and makes reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees with disabilities.
