Responsibilities: Coordinate and provide hands-on assistance to execute go-to-market plans for geographies, industry and service teamsProvide assistance for a wide range of marketing tactics and revenue growth initiatives to help execute go-to-market plans such as: demand generation and nurturing campaigns, thought leadership, webinars, videos, sponsorships, special events, seminars, trade show exhibits, advertising and communicationsAssist with public relations opportunities. Maintain up-to-date list of targeted industry or service-specific media contacts. Help generate thought leadership and story ideas, monitor competitive news and develop specialized strategies for communicating other eventsAssist marketing team in maintaining current and up-to-date industry and service line marketing tools and templatesFollow processes and best practices to enable the tracking of marketing return on investmentCollaborate with colleagues as appropriate to plan and execute workUtilize marketing department shared resources as appropriate to help execute initiativesParticipate in planning, project-specific, and team meetings, as necessaryEnsure compliance with firm guidelines and brand standardsContinuously expand knowledge base in assigned specialized industries or servicesProvide other marketing support as needed Work with teams to ensure the accuracy of client and prospect listsAssist with lead management activities, as neededProvide support with SalesForce.com, as requestedParticipate in marketing task forces and special projectsPerform research as neededAssist in conducting online research of specific companies, executives and target listsUse internal and external research as needed when executing workMaintain and expand knowledge base in a variety of marketing areasIntegrate new knowledge, skills, and best practices into daily work and share with colleagues as appropriate Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism or related fieldMinimum of 1+ years marketing experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff from entry level to partners and work well in a team environment. High level of attention to detailKnowledge of marketing tools and techniques. Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, business-related social media and Salesforce.com helpful. Experience with marketing automation tools preferredProficient project management skills and the flexibility to prioritize multiple project requests simultaneously in a timely and efficient mannerPrevious professional services experience or marketing internship preferred
