This process may require scanning loan documents into the appropriate system and entry of certain data fieldsFiling applicable loan support documents into the LOSs electronic filing systemFollow-up and track documentation required to be provided by the Correspondent client after loan purchase, such as the recorded Deed of Trust, final title policyAssist with phone queue client inquiries Qualifications: Minimum of years of experience in an office setting, preferably in the same or similar industryHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredSelf-starter capable of making acceptable decisions with limited supervisionExcellent communication written, oral, and listeningDetail-oriented and organizedAble to work in a team environmentFamiliarity with basic Excel and Word functions
