If youre interested in making an impact on team, this is the job for you.The responsibilities of the Email Operations Manager will span all aspects of email operations; from database maintenance, to email campaign management, to liaising with our email service provider. This individual will be working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the success of the email campaigns for the various departments, and will be the sales partner for our co-branded email campaigns.This position will own the daily email operations to ensure that campaigns are completed and deployed on time. You will be responsible for maintaining a rigorous QA process to ensure all campaigns are accurate, and will collaborate with cross company stakeholders on shared deliverables and timelines, including partnering with sales, demand gen, marketing, and more. Your support will be instrumental in the success of a wide variety of programs.Job Responsibilities and Related DutiesBecome the main point of contact for sales requests regarding database inquiries and management of the quality and timeliness for our co-brand email programs from inception to completion.Provide training and support for the email marketing campaigns deployed by the marketing, editorial, demand generation teams.Evangelize analysis to help teams optimize email marketing campaigns in order to achieve initiatives including website traffic, educational course completions, tradeshow registrations, event attendance, etc.Play an essential role in the migration to our new ESP.Create Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ESP) training materials and conduct training for new and existing team members.Cultivate strong working relationships with sales, marketing, and operations teams.Assist with database maintenance, including new name efforts, hygiene practices, and analysis.Monitor critical success factors for the business and remedy identified problems.Ensure key marketing metrics, tracking, and reporting requirements are implemented.Qualified applicants should possess the following Experience and Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferredMinimum of five years' experience in email marketing, account management, and/or communications preferably in B2B online media.Prior lead/demand generation online advertising experience preferredExperience with ESPs preferred.Strong digital background and understanding of online conversionsStrong data management and analytical abilitiesStrong Access or SQL knowledge highly preferredKnowledge of HTML and design highly preferredProficiency using MS Office suite, intermediate knowledge of Excel preferredClear communication and customer relations skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsPositive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a teamExperience generating leads through e-mail marketingAble to work quickly and independently on a day-to-day basisDetail-oriented, well organized, and able to assume responsibility for specific project deliverables.Experience in successfully managing deadline-driven projects and able to work as part of a team.Desire to work for the overall success of the companyPosition is remote and will be expected to work East Coast hours About Us: Zonda provides data-driven housing market solutions to the homebuilding industry.
