Position Description: Bridges is expanding, and we are seeking Configuration Managers that will be responsible for configuration management (CM) of developmental and operational systems. You will work on developmental and operational teams to create and maintain configuration baselines (development, test, production, etc.) supporting developmental and operational systems, use or recommend automated CM tools to implement CM policies and procedures, develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system. You will also implement CM discipline for the entire life cycle of systems from initial requirements/capabilities baselines to system end-of-life. Perform change control and configuration audits. Responsibilities:Assist in implementing hardware and software version control processes, policies and proceduresAssist in the use of configuration management tools (eg DOORS, Eclipse) to store, track, and manage configuration itemsUnderstand basic concepts, and assist in documenting hardware and software configuration management processes and proceduresImplement hardware and software version control processes, policies and proceduresUnderstand basic concepts, assist in maintaining and developing the environment for hardware and software product build, staging, testing and integrationAssist in defining and implementing hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures; such as creating product build scripts and procedures, and integrating those scripts with the hardware and software build processUtilize configuration management tools (eg DOORS, Eclipse) to store, track, and manage configuration itemsMaintain the CM environment for hardware and software product build, staging, testing and integrationDevelop hardware and software version control processes, policies and procedures and ensure that they are followed on hardware and software development projectsApply concepts and define and implement hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures, such as creating product build scripts and procedures, and integrate those scripts with the hardware and software build processServe as an advisor to (or non-voting member of) Government Change Control Board (CCB) About Bridges Inc.: Why Join Bridges?We have a small company feel with big company opportunities.We solve the Nations most difficult intelligence challenges by delivering trusted cyber security and shaping big data into confident decisions.In todays cyber battleground, our team of elite experts makes Bridges an industry pacesetter and agile innovator that delivers success as a trusted partner.Our employees are like family. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance Six (6) years' experience as a CM in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required. OR Four (4) years of additional configuration management experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.Required:Demonstrated experience developing in a Linux environmentDemonstrated experience with CI/CD automation and program implementationDemonstrated experience with automating development/ deployment practicesExperience with testing nightly/weekly buildsExperience with Git AdministrationExperience with Jenkins Tool SuiteExperience interacting with offices across the enterprise, such as CASPORT, GECC/CSC, PKI, etc.Desired: Experience with the Nexus artifact repository
