Overview: Intrepid Solutions is seeking a qualified Configuration Management Specialist to support a new program serving a DoD customer. This effort will provide research, development, assessment, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstration, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of the designated information and/or intelligence software systems with Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) warfighting capabilities. A qualified Configuration Management Specialist will meet or exceed the qualifications, and be capable of performing the duties, listed below: Responsibilities: Establishing, and executing Configuration Management (CM) Plan to provide a comprehensive audit trail of changes, updates, amendments, or modifications to items, either developed or produced, including hardware, software, and documentation.Developing provisions for configuration identification,and changing control, configuration status accounting and configuration audits. Identifying and maintaining the original configuration of requirements documentation, design documentation, software and related documentation.Regulating the change process for incorporating the approved and validated changes into product documents and related software.Tracking all problems and changes in product documents and software and reports changes and current configuration.Supporting audits to verify that requirements of all baselines have been met by the as-built software.Documenting software and hardware control, manage documentation changes, process change requests, and conduct configuration audits.Managing all information, documentation and records through the software project life cycle through the development of processes, procedures, standards, workflows, reports, tools and workspaces. Identify errors in the build and release process; and recommend improvements;Creating and maintaining documentation for tools used to support configuration management.OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS: This is a Full Time position, with operating hours to be discussed during the interview process.Position is anticipated to require 100% onsite support, unless otherwise determined.TRAVEL:Position may require some travel. Qualifications: CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret / SCI. TS/SCI required upon application for initial consideration. This position is not open for any clearance upgrades, reactivation, or sponsorship.
