Physician , Center for Development and Learning Kennedy Krieger Institute Baltimore, MD The Center for Development and Learning at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, Maryland is searching for talented Physicians for our growing clinical, training and research program. We are seeking Pediatricians Board eligible and/or certified in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities or Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics with a focus treating children and young adults who have problems in language development, attention, learning, behavior or school adjustment. The Physician will be a member of an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary team of professionals that oversee the clinical, training and research segments of the Center. Responsibilities for the Physician, in addition to direct patient care and teaching medical trainees, are coordination with other disciplines at Kennedy Krieger Institute, including speech and language pathologists, neuropsychologists, behavioral psychologists, child psychiatrists, neurogeneticists, genetic counselors, and social workers to ensure that each patient is comprehensively evaluated and received the most appropriate treatment. Qualified applicants will be eligible for faculty appointment at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine as an Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or full Professor, depending upon qualifications.
