You will take on a critical role in forecasting, budgeting, and streamlining & improving internal and external reporting around key performance indicators. Responsibilities - Help grow from startup to mature enterprise, which includes streamlining the planning processes and making sure finance compliance, accountability, and integrity is spread throughout the organization - Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses, including new initiatives, products, risks and opportunities that are consistently emerging - Manage operational and financial modeling, building models from scratch, developing existing models and breaking larger models into sub-components to help drive astute business decisions - Collaborate with leadership to develop financial forecasts and set performance benchmarks, applying business judgment and financial insights to assist with decisions that align capital and resource allocation within the company budget - Aid in driving requirements and implementation for financial planning and business intelligence systems - Report on financial results on a monthly and quarterly basis, communicating trends, risks, opportunities to the leadership team - Aid in driving company innovations, pushing boundaries beyond conventional forecasting Job Requirements: - Strong familiarity with Excel VBA - General familiarity with Fixed Asset Accounting - Analytical Reasoning experience highly desired - EIB experience - Well-founded grasp of Fixed Asset Depreciation - Command of Microsoft Excel - Proven knowledge of Fixed Asset Accounting - Foundational knowledge in Analytical Skills - Demonstrated track record of excellence and relevant experience in Banking and/or Corporate finance / operational FP& A at either a fast-growing tech startup or a large, well-established company - CPA/MBA preferred; BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar required - Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required - 10+ years related experience working with multiple stakeholders Robert Half Management Resources matches senior-level financial consultants with remote or on-site jobs for interim and long-term opportunities in areas such as internal auditing, mergers and acquisitions, tax initiatives, and much more.
