Job Summary/Company:

Our a client, an advocacy organization dedicated to expanding economic opportunities for the LGBTQ+ community, is searching for a motivated Executive Assistant to join its team. This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and President. Qualified candidates will bring at least one to two years of progressive administrative experience supporting senior level management. If you are interested, please apply.


  • Manage complex calendars including scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements for leadership
  • Prepare presentations, documents and reports for management
  • Assist in the organization of meetings (including preparing executive meeting agendas and the town hall meetings) including locations, invitations, logistics, meals, etc.
  • Handle invoicing and expenses processing
  • Manager correspondence between various departments and disseminate internal updates as necessary


  • At least 1-2 years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior level management
  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred, equivalent years' experience accepted in lieu of a degree
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, and outside contacts
  • Outstanding internal and external client service skills
  • Vested interest in issues relating to LGBTQIA+ economic opportunities
