Adventist HealthCare Post-Acute Care Services seeks to hire an experienced Physician Liaison who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Post-Acute Physician Liaison you will:
• Be responsible for ensuring the achievement of referral to AHC's outpatient therapy clinics and admission goals for home health services.
• Establish strong working relationships with referral sources in order to align their post-acute needs with our offerings.
• Responsibilities include promoting our comprehensive home health and outpatient therapy services, conducting ongoing referral source needs assessments, utilizing cold calling to schedule meetings and presentations with targeted physician practices and other referring facilities as needed.
• The Physician Liaison must be highly self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills; able to work independently with a proven track record of delivering on sales goals.

Qualifications include:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field required
• Masters's degree in related field preferred
• 5+ years in sales and business development role and 2 years in Healthcare related industry
• Progressive healthcare sales experience in multi-site healthcare organization strongly preferred
• Requires the ability to travel in the service area on a regular basis

Work Schedule:

Full-time Monday - Friday weekday hours with limited evening and weekend obligations. This position is field-based with daily local territory travel expected.
