The Geospatial Systems Integrator/Analyst will manage formal and informal tasks and assignments via the Army Enterprise Task Management Tool. The Geospatial Systems Integrator/Analyst will provide administrative, programmatic, and operational support to acquisitions programs within the PD-CTIS PMO.

  • Formulate and apply modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.
  • Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products.
  • Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.
  • Serve as the PD-CTIS action officer-level point of contact in all matters involving interpretation, formulation, and evaluation of executive policies and procedures for designated planning efforts.
  • Identify potential conflicts and recommend resolutions.
  • Ensure critical actions are properly handled within prescribed timelines and meet identified PD-CTIS mission and planning requirements.
  • Identify planning issues and provide briefings as required.
  • Coordinate with and serve as the PD-CTIS interface for the Command Group.
  • Responsible for maintaining close relationships to ensure efficient mission accomplishment.
  • Define objectives and designate priorities to be assigned in accomplishing objectives.
  • Responsible for ensuring all levels of assigned plans are synchronized both internally and externally.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 6+ years of experience in geospatial systems
  • Top secret clearance is required. TS/SCI eligibility is required also.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in the Science and Technology field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of current Military and DOD systems currently fielded that will enhance the Warfighter as well as the Engineer Corps.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (MSWord, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), and Outlook.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data.
  • Ability to develop program evaluations, reviews, or implementations.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and be productive.
  • Ability to understand how Geospatial technology works and have the technical acumen to tie things together.
  • Strong written, oral, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
