The successful candidate will be a self-starter in their role as an individual contributor or as a team member supporting customer Project Officers in developing diverse, leading-edge products for application against a diverse array of requirements. Job responsibilities include providing project management, systems engineering at the system and enterprise-levels, requirements analysis, test planning and execution, and transition of capabilities. The successful candidate will be required to monitor project cost, schedule, and technical performance throughout the development and transition phases and generate briefings and reports to senior-level audiences highlighting the technologies within the framework of the customer's strategic roadmap and vision. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Support Project Officers in all aspects of planning, coordinating, documenting, and executing technology developments and transition to systems development/acquisition/operations Attend all project meetings to include formal milestone reviews (IPRs, PDRs, CDRs, TRRs) Manage project deliverables and brief status; manage project reviews and track actions Coordinate and participate in testing events and track/brief performance criteria status Support Systems Engineering tasks including schedule analysis, requirements development and tracing, systems architectural design Support new concept development, strategic planning, Industry Day events/studies Travel (10-20%) outside assigned work area Qualifications Required Qualifications: An active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for access to sensitive compartmented information (TS/SCI); The ability to complete a counter-intelligence scope polygraph (post hire) Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering, physical sciences, mathematics, or operations research; and 8 years of experience. 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree 7 years or more of experience providing systems engineering/technical project management support for DoD and/or IC program Diplomatic, tactful, and strong interpersonal and professional skills to work effectively in politically sensitive environmentsTYPICAL Desired Qualifications: An active Top Secret clearance with access to SCI and CI Polygraph; Advanced degree in a scientific or technical field (Physics, Engineering, Operations Research) Experience with autonomous systems technologies PMP certified Experience supporting Systems Engineering tasks for DoD programs SAIC is a premier technology integrator solving our nation's modernization and readiness challenges.
