Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Monitor jobs for all customers
- Read maps and evaluate routes
- Enter and revise job orders
- Effectively route Client Service team members
- Dispatch sudden, unscheduled deliveries and/or courier service
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties in a fast paced environment as a dispatcher
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- High energy level and sense of urgency
- Prior Dispatch experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other business-related applications
- Flexibility with expected overtime
