Your role at Sephora: As a Assistant Manager, Client Services, you will be responsible for overseeing service, classes & event execution in a specific Sephora Store location. You will be responsible for ensuring that all Services Coordinators and employees perform Sephora's services within Sephora standards and that the team achieves and exceeds company objectives. In addition, you will: Drive sales and services at the Studio Ensure that the Services Coordinators are adequately trained to effectively manage the Studio and drive services Ensure staffing levels are adequate to support a smooth flow of clients receiving services and keeping seats filled Manage the development of artistry skills and certifications on the team Regularly act as the Client Experience & Logistics Leader within the store Engage with employees and clients on-stage whenever possible Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store's sales performance and business opportunities.
