Qualifications Required Qualifications:Active TS/SCI Clearance w/SSBI within 5 years.Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Science, Engineering, or related technical experience field such as engineering, physics, mathematics, operations research, engineering management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program. 6+ years of experience with government or industry in relevant work areas including: DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, PPBES Process or systems engineering of a large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture/Cloud environment.6+ years of experience supporting IC or DoD operations.6+ years of experience with the systems engineering lifecycle6+ years of experience in Managing Highly Complex Projects through Entire Research Cycle, Including Research Design, Resource Planning, Data Collection, Analysis & Documentation of Research Findings6+ years of experience in Leading Analysis for Communication Studies that Identify Meaningful Patterns, Trends & Relationships to Improve Client Communications and Media Plans6+ years of experience Supporting the Assessment, Evaluation and Deployment of New / Emerging Tech into Operations or Architectural Impacts and Recommended Way ForwardStrong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills.Analytical and strong organizational skills with excellent written/verbal communications, technical/non-technical presentations skills.Desired Qualifications:1+ years experience with Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Matomo, and SharePoint1+ years experience with AWS integrationExperience with business process re-engineeringFamiliarity with Sensitive GEOINT missions, operations, and processes.SAFe Agilist certification Responsibilities Description:The Digital Systems Engineer (DSE) is a mid-level technical expert responsible for building computer-based frameworks as a technical means of communications across a diverse set of stakeholders. The DSE leverages a combination of agile tools as an enabler for systems engineers to deliver, collaborate, and manage workflows and technical products. Reporting directly with the Deputy Program Manager, the DSE works closely with program staff and customers to establish a digital framework that meets mission objectives.Responsibilities include:Conduct requirements engineering, scheduling, reliability, resilience, service development, integration, test and evaluation, maintainability and analysis across mission architectures and Federal Agencies.Establish online frameworks for collaboration, workflow management, and project management across multiple security domainsTranslate high-level program strategies into system requirements, and work with stakeholders to achieve objectives. Identify and present courses of action, trade studies, and technical/engineering assessments.Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and risk management efforts, providing a sound systems engineering approach and an enterprise perspectiveManage program data repository and records management framework
