The DSE leverages a combination of agile tools as an enabler for systems engineers to deliver, collaborate, and manage workflows and technical products. Reporting directly with the Deputy Program Manager, the DSE works closely with program staff and customers to establish a digital framework that meets mission objectives.Responsibilities include:Conduct requirements engineering, scheduling, reliability, resilience, service development, integration, test and evaluation, maintainability and analysis across mission architectures and Federal Agencies.Establish online frameworks for collaboration, workflow management, and project management across multiple security domainsTranslate high-level program strategies into system requirements, and work with stakeholders to achieve objectives.
