We are seeking an experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to own recruitment strategy for a portfolio of teams within our organization. As a Sr. TABP, you will serve as the bridge between our hiring teams and the talent acquisition organization, including scoping new positions, developing recruitment strategies for each role, facilitating the screening and offer process, and working closely with our recruitment team to assess candidates based on skills and contribution to our culture. To thrive in this role, you will need experience working directly with hiring leaders as a trusted resource to help them identify and recruit top talent, and have examples of thinking entrepreneurially and creatively to identify hard-to-find talent. Your Responsibilities Include Partner with leaders and hiring managers to strategize on workforce planning, develop role-specific recruitment strategies, and project manage the recruitment process for each role Look beyond the applications and find the best candidates for our organization, leveraging multiple technologies and creative outlets Build a deep understanding of Stand Together and your hiring teams to serve as a SME on the talent that will help each team achieve its goals Partner closely with our recruiting team to ensure they are given the exposure, tools, and insight to conduct candidate screenings and identify the best candidates for each role Extend and negotiate offers of employment, looking for win-win solutions for both the candidate and our organization Seek out and implement process improvements. We do our best to leverage technology and are constantly looking for more ways to improve our efficiency. We want you to dig in and help us operate efficiently and provide our candidates and hiring teams with an exceptional experience Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience (agency or internal) with a recent role directly managing hiring manager relationships Comfortability operating in both a split-desk and full-desk recruitment model Examples of entrepreneurial and out of the box thinking toward identifying talent and creating value for hiring teams Experience with sourcing candidates and generating interest outside of inbound applications Strong attention to detail, organized and excellent problem solving skills Proficiency in an Applicant Tracking System, ideally iCIMS Enthusiasm for Stand Together's mission and a desire to be a brand ambassador for Stand Together About Us Stand Together helps social entrepreneurs supercharge their efforts to help people improve their lives.
