Reporting to the SVP of Sales, the Vice President of Company's Marketing and Communications is responsible for all marketing and communication functions to include; brand positioning, demand generation, internal and external communications, events, digital, partner marketing, content development and strategy. The VP leads the team in creating a comprehensive plan to support brand awareness and drive sales for each of Company's vertical markets: Federal, State and Local governments, Education, Commercial, and Healthcare. Responsibilities: Lead and manage team responsible for telling the company story. Build the brand through exceptional creative, positioning Company as thought leader and go-to partner in Government, Healthcare and Commercial markets Own brand positioning and messaging, providing creative direction on content strategy and creation to include PR/media relations, video, web, print and digital. * Manage and bring in marketing consultants to support and diversify skill sets within the marketing organization Produce exceptional events that facilitate networking with customers and partners to include the Annual Engineering Summit and National Sales Conference. Develop and manage internal communication plans and strategy Collaborate with Sales leaders to build market-specific campaigns to drive sales and lead conversions * Manage Partner Marketing Program and strategy to tell a story about the unique value Company and its strategic partners deliver to target buyers across all verticals Develop digital marketing strategy for capturing contacts and leads through the various stages of the buyer journey and provide measurable ROI for marketing expenses. Support product launches, positioning and GTM strategies for Company Healthcare Solutions Develop digital marketing strategy and define tactics for generating awareness and high-quality leads for the Sales team; working with Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Events and Partner Marketing teams on the execution of programs with measurement and goals Support sales enablement efforts by creating positioning/messaging documents, sales presentations, solution briefs, and other product collateral Qualifications: 15+ years of industry marketing or marketing management experience in Information Technology environments; prior Public Sector marketing experience required A proven track record of developing strategies and tactics to drive awareness and demand within specific target segments or verticals Leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to express technical concepts in the form of crisp, value-based messages A proven ability to produce creative, memorable and highly engaging content in support of inbound and outbound marketing activities Demonstrated ability to work across functions, be a team player BA/BS degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline Reliable and regular attendance is required
