Role is completely in office, no remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will support the Director of Government Affairs and 4 attorneys, mostly in litigation, but one attorney does handle real estate matters. Duties will be mostly administrative, the office has remote paralegals who handle the billable work. Open to someone more junior, who has a desire to learn. The DC team is excellent and teamwork orientated.Job Requirements:- 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills- Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges- Demonstrated enthusiasm to learn new ideas and concepts- High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills- 3+ years of previous legal work experience and a dedication to integrity- Strong knowledge of Internet research, calendaring, word processing and spreadsheets- Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines- Proficiency in drafting- e-Filing experience- Foundational knowledge in Commercial Litigation- Calendar Management experience requiredThis dynamic, growing firm has an excellent opportunity for you to take the next step in your legal career.
